Success of the Gibbons Gala Leads to New Cafeteria

The annual Gibbons Gala held in Gibbons’ Fr. Price Gymnasium is something that educators, parents, and students look forward to every year. Over 450 people gathered in the gym to celebrate this year,  bringing together every single part that makes our school what it is today.

Due to the success of the annual Gibbons Gala, exciting new renovations will be made to the cafeteria, lobby, and outdoor lawn. The Gala was a huge success with generous donations totaling over 1 million dollars for the school. The school’s goal of $750,000 was highly exceeded due to donations from the parents, alumni, and other donors.

“The whole community coming together is pretty exciting, ” said Dean of Culture Mr Rogosich.

Students were also able to be present at the event, volunteering.

“You know, I think having students there is a small touch cause it really reminds everyone and the parents of why we’re doing this in the first place. It’s for them.”

The remodeling is expected to start at the end of the 2025-2026 school year.
